Hot Date

Last Saturday night Jon and I went to an art auction benefiting a local art school. We have a lovely friend who is an artist and one of her pieces was being auctioned off in the silent auction portion. Her painting was gone before she even got there! We had so much fun meeting new people and seeing so many wonderful pieces...and we got to get dressed up (I was more excited than J. of course!). I wore my great grandmother's black lamb coat and was complimented right and left. It smells old and musty and has my g. grandmother's initials embroidered inside. I love it!
