The kids and I went to the Museum of Glass in Tacoma a few weeks ago and loved it. The museum itself is small but there is an art studio where the kids made their own paper lanterns, the "hot shop" where the glass is blown and a great museum store (I'm a total sucker for museum stores).
This is a view of the museum and the Bridge of Glass.
Here is Noah in the hotshop.
The kids and I by the bridge, Will is the photographer!
Ella and Will on the Bridge of Glass, they have cases of glass blown objects all along the bridge. It's beautiful.
Ella, Will and I on the bridge. (I'm obviously enjoying my new camera that Mr. Claus brought me!)

Absolutely darling pictures everyone. Will is turning into quite the photographer!
Reminds me of the Corning Factory. Very cool. I'd love to visit this.
Hilario thinks Will looks a bit like me in that one picture. Hmmm.. He looks like you, for sure! What a nice advantage of home schooling, that you can take all these cool field trips! I'll bet some of those glass pieces were pretty expensive! They are works of art!
Oh, I love that place too. Next time we visit we have to hit Hello Cupcake too :)
Another life... another time... Murano... thanks for the gift from the Glass Museum - I love it!
