Yum Yum Yum

I'm hooked on this soup. The flavor is fresh but perfect for winter, it's healthy and highly addicting. You MUST try it.

I've served it on it's own with a baguette or as a first course for dinner parties. I follow it with ginger cilantro pork chops, jasmine rice and roasted beet salad.

So should I make it for Dad and follow it up with a Cauliflower au Gratin?
