This conversation took place yesterday in the car.
Ella: "Mom, Dad, did you know that some animals are nocturnal and only come out at night?"
Mom/Dad: "We did, where did you learn that?"
Ella: "At library time yesterday at school. Animals like bats and owls are nocturnal."
Will (after long pause): "Panthers are nocturnal, too. I'm not saying there are any panthers around here, but I know they're nocturnal."
Dad (after long pause): "Beavers are nocturnal, too."
Ella/Will: "Yeah, beavers, too."

Quick question Cher, Amy said that you have the same problem as me (son with skinny waist, and long legs). She said you get a particular brand that fits that need, what is it?
Leah, I get the kids' pants at JCPenney, the Arizona brand has SLIM sizes. Or lately (I can't believe I am going to say this out loud) I have gotten adjustable waist pants at Walmart and they are actually holding up better than the JCP ones. Boys get holes in the knees!
