Ikea Textiles

After searching long and hard for the perfect fabric accents for our remodeled basement (i.e. graphic and modern with a vintage nod) I happened across these gems while wandering through the bedding section at Ikea. For $15 each I picked up two full duvet covers and have since cut them up to make borders for curtains and to make pillows. I love them! And you can't beat the price for that much fabric.

I've loved that orange one. I wanted to cut it up and make it into accessories, but just haven't done it yet.

You can't go wrong! You are very clever Cher.
When we finally move to Alberta we will only be 2 hours from an IKEA. Yea!

Cher, you are so creative. I need some tips from you or have you come back and give me your ideas and you need to comment on my blog so we can talk every once in a while.

You need to post photos of what these have been transformed into! I would love to see your handiwork! Good job!

My sister, Annette, and I got lost for a couple of hours in the SLC/Draper IKEA store! I had forgotten how many cool things they had there. I now have one only 20 minutes away!
